Program Withdrawal Agreement
This document details MedCerts program withdrawal and tuition agreement terms. To fulfill a withdrawal request, this document must be signed by the requesting student within five calendar days from the date agreement was sent. Withdrawal requests will be denied if the agreement is not returned or is returned after the deadline. Students who fail to return the signed agreement within the deadline, will not be withdrawn and no changes will be made to their enrollment or prior agreements with MedCerts. Please carefully review the following statements.
  • MedCerts withdrawal policy applies only to students who are beyond the cancellation period of their program and wish to no longer pursue their education with MedCerts. Verbal requests to withdraw are not accepted. Students must submit a written intent to withdraw. Written requests must be submitted by the enrolled student to be processed.
  • MedCerts does not assume responsibility for impacts or changes that may occur between a student and their funding source as a result of withdrawing from a MedCerts program.
  • Withdrawing from a program does not terminate any original tuition or funding source agreements. Students should refer to the Enrollment Agreement and Acknowledgement of Policies document for more information regarding the termination of their program.
    • Self-pay enrolled students â€“ Per the MedCerts policy in which you agreed to upon enrollment (see Enrollment Agreement and Acknowledgement of Policies document), you are responsible for the FULL Tuition amount. This Withdrawal request does not stop payment, provide a refund, or relinquish any financial responsibility.
    • Business to Business, WIOA, and MyCAA enrolled students â€“ Please contact your funding source provider for more information regarding program termination
    • Army COOL enrolled students â€“ The Soldier must seek approval from Commanding Officer and get a letter signed by the Commanding Officer with a MILITARY reason why they must withdraw from the program.
  • Students who withdraw will lose access to their MedCerts learning portal, all electronic course content, and any third-party sites that may have been provided as part of their enrollment. The access may result in loss of course progress, stored files, and other non-essential student data.
  • Students who withdraw and wish to return or enroll in a new Medcerts program may be required to wait a period a time from their withdrawal date for re-enrollment. In addition, returning students will be required to complete the enrollment process again, including any pre-qualification testing. Students who successfully re-enroll in the same program may not be allowed to re-enroll an additional time should they withdraw from their second program with MedCerts.
  • Lastly, all withdraw requests are final. Students wishing to return to MedCerts will need to complete the formal enrollment process as a new student. All previous program progress and course completion may not be awarded, this includes any clinical hours or applicable hands-on activities completed.
By signing this agreement, you agree to all terms and conditions presented above. The result of withdrawing will be the immediate termination of your current enrollment with MedCerts. Failure to sign and return this agreement within five calendar days of receipt, will result in the continuation of your enrollment, support services, future payments, and payment plans if applicable.
