High School Diploma
Like all post-secondary education opportunities, you’ll need a high school diploma. Luckily, this shouldn’t be a problem as all members of the United States Army must have a high school diploma or a GED to enlist. You’ll likely have to show proof of this, so get that ready before you register.
Quiet Place To Focus
Next, you’ll want to find a quiet place where you can focus on your studies. This can be challenging, especially if you live with your family. Consider working in the library or another place where distractions will be limited.
Computer
Online classes, of course, require a computer. However, if you do not own one, it may be possible to borrow one from a library or a friend or family member. Some schools, like MedCerts, provide laptops to students for the length of their training program. Make sure you can log in early to adjust any settings before class.
Internet Connection
Whether using a hot spot on a cell phone or dedicated WiFi access, you’ll need a stable internet connection before beginning your class. Test your connection in advance and troubleshoot to avoid any frustrating problems.
