MedCerts Partnership = New Healthcare Staffing Solutions

Interested in a low-cost talent solution for your organization?

As far as healthcare staffing solutions go, MedCerts’ partnerships are a win-win. Trained and freshly credentialed professionals get the on-the-job training they need to excel in positions in the healthcare industry. Companies, meanwhile, are connected with promising candidates to fill challenging vacancies on staff.

In 2019, MedCerts expanded our partnership options to include Experiential Learning to meet the growing demand for connecting trained professionals with rewarding professional positions. We’re welcoming companies in the healthcare industry as new partners with openings for candidates who are prepared and excited to embark on a new career path.

What is Experiential Learning?

Experiential Learning is a MedCerts initiative to connect students pursuing credentials with companies in the healthcare industry with job openings or opportunities to provide clinical experience. The program was developed with the help of market research and knowledge gained from years of helping students find successful employment.

Leaders at our online academic institution recognized that a variety of options were necessary to meet the needs of the healthcare industry and its students. Whether an employer is ready to directly hire, offer apprenticeships, internships, externships, or even just job shadowing – MedCerts can coordinate those opportunities. It’s a pathway allowing students to connect with healthcare providers to meet certification requirements and provide a stream of new candidates.

It streamlines the hiring process. But if there are no openings appropriate at the partner company, the program still offers students something to add to their resumes. Career Coaches with MedCerts Career Services can always help students find a paid opportunity elsewhere. There is no obligation on behalf of the partner companies.

MedCerts: A Closer Look

MedCerts is an online school with courses that focus on healthcare, IT, and other in-demand training. We provide students with an extensive support network. Students also benefit from the 12 Elements of eLearning, which include training simulations and 3D virtual scenarios. Partners don’t have to worry about being connected with completely inexperienced professionals.

Since 2009, MedCerts has delivered certification and career training through HD-quality video-based instruction, virtual simulations, games and animations, and on-the-job training. More than 35,000 students have completed training with us, which also provides individualized support. Students take courses that are developed and taught by industry experts. They also benefit from daily progress monitoring and reports, exam preparation help, and career services support. Learn more about MedCerts on our website.
