Today’s Medical Assistants are called upon to perform a variety of clinical and administrative duties; this triple certification online program ensures you will have a well-rounded education to excel in the ever-evolving environment of healthcare.

Chief among these new responsibilities are tasks related to and around the practice of Phlebotomy. This Clinical Medical Specialist program contains a course specifically designed to prepare you with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform blood draws, collect and handle blood and non-blood specimens, and maintain a safe clinical environment.

Additionally, knowledge of front office skills like scheduling, verifying patient and insurance info will make you an asset in any healthcare environment, all skills you’ll learn in the Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) course.

Once you complete this 32-week program, you’ll have met the training requirements to sit for the Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) exam and the Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) exam, both of which are sponsored by the National Healthcareer Association (NHA).
