This 12-week CEHRS program is built of two courses: Human Anatomy and Medical Terminology to provide you the necessary language to manage spoken and written interactions in all medical environments, and Electronic Health Records which teaches the ethical, legal and regulatory requirements of a career in EMR and immerses you in software simulations that replicate real Electronic Health Records programs.

Completion of our program will have you prepared to take the CEHRS exam, through the National Healthcareer Association (NHA) and start a career in any one of these fields: Electronic Health Records Specialist, EMR/EHR Assistant, Health Information/Medical Records Administration/Administrator, Medical Office Computer Specialist/Assistant, Medical Records Clerk or Patient Services Representative.
