What Does a Medication Care Coordinator Do?
A Medication Care Coordinator works with all points of contact in a pharmacy to improve overall patient experience and medication-related outcomes. This includes clinical providers, pharmacists, clinicians, insurance companies, and consumers. Some days you may work in more of a pharmacy technician role. On other days you may need to connect with individual patients to ensure they are following their drug plan accordingly.
