Plumber’s Helpers assist experienced plumbers with installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems. They perform tasks like unclogging pipes, repairing toilets, replacing faucet washers, and removing sewer line debris. With basic plumbing knowledge and mechanical skills, they help troubleshoot equipment failures and water pressure issues. This physically demanding role requires dexterity, strength, stamina, and good communication skills. Working in both residential and commercial settings, Plumber’s Helpers gain valuable experience, preparing them to advance to apprentices or journeymen and explore numerous career opportunities in plumbing.

The Plumber’s Helper program at MedCerts prepares students for entry-level plumbing positions.
