Program Cancellation Agreement
This document details MedCerts program cancellation and tuition refund policy and agreement terms. To fulfill a cancellation request, this document must be signed by the requesting student within five calendar days from the date agreement was sent. Cancellation requests will be denied if the agreement is not returned or is returned after the deadline. Students who fail to return the signed agreement within the deadline, will not be cancelled and no changes will be made to their enrollment or prior agreements with MedCerts.
  • MedCerts cancellation policy applies only to students who are enrolled but have not started or are within the first twenty-one days, also known as the cancellation period, of their program and wish to no longer pursue their education with MedCerts. Students must submit a written intent to cancel within the cancellation period. Intents received after the cancellation period will be denied and students may pursue other termination methods.
  • Students or their tuition funding source may qualify for a one hundred percent refund of all tuition fees paid to date upon cancellation. In addition, all future tuition payments and payment plans will be terminated. MedCerts will release refunds to students or their funding source once all applicable program materials have been returned. Material returns must be received by MedCerts within fourteen calendar days from the signature date that appears on this agreement. Students who fail to return materials will not be issued a refund, but future payments and payment plans will still be terminated.
  • Students who cancel will lose access to their MedCerts learning portal, all electronic course content, and any third-party sites that may have been provided as part of their enrollment. The access may result in loss of course progress, stored files, and other non-essential student data.
  • MedCerts does not assume responsibility for impacts or changes that may occur between a student and their funding source as a result of cancelation from a MedCerts program.
  • Students who cancel and wish to enroll in a new Medcerts program will be required to wait a period of three months from their cancellation date to re-enroll. In addition, returning students will be required to complete the enrollment process again, including any pre-qualification testing. Students who successfully re-enroll, will no longer be eligible for an additional cancellation or refund, and would not be allowed to re-enroll an additional time should they withdraw from their second program with MedCerts.
  • Lastly, all cancellations are final. Students wishing to return to MedCerts will need to complete the formal enrollment process as a new student. All previous program progress and course completion will not be awarded, this includes any clinical hours or applicable hands-on activities completed.
By signing this agreement, you agree to all terms and conditions presented above. You understand the result of cancellation is immediate termination of your current enrollment with MedCerts.

Failure to sign and return this agreement within five calendar days of receipt, will result in the continuation of your enrollment, support services, future payments, and payment plans if applicable.
Please confirm the mailing address for your refund.
