MedCerts programs range from $1,300 to $6,000 depending on the courses and how many certifications are included. The majority of our programs cost between $2,000 and $4,000 total. All program costs include textbooks, materials, learning portal access, an assigned Student Success Advisor, a Career Coach and the cost of national certification exams.
You can pay in full with no interest or we have a range of payment plan options to fit your budgetary needs. Our payment plans can be customized anywhere between 3 and 12 months. Interest rates and exact total monthly payment amounts will vary depending on several factors, including the cost of your program, length of payment plan and down payment amount.

MedCerts is an approved school for the My Career Advancement Account (MyCAA) scholarship, which is available to military spouses of active duty service members in the ranks of E-1 to E-6, W-1 to W-2, and O-1 to O-3. This scholarship offers up to $4,000 towards licenses, certifications or Associate’s degrees – distributed in increments of $2,000 per fiscal year. MedCerts does not accept Pell Grants or GI Bill funding.
We do not accept financial aid or FAFSA (Free Application for Federal Student Aid). MedCerts is a certification training provider and not a 2- or 4-year university, therefore we do not qualify for FAFSA. Additionally, the majority of MedCerts programs cost less than $4,000 total. We do offer payment plans and accept some Department of Labor and Department of Defense grants and scholarships.
MedCerts is proud to work closely with over 30 American Job Centers across the US in supporting low or no-income individuals with pursuing their career goals. We accept the Department of Labor’s Workforce Innovation and Opportunities Act (WIOA) funding and other federal, state and local grants that assist individuals in finding affordable education. You can check your WIOA and DOL grant eligibility here.
