One of the benefits of being a milspo is getting to join this huge community full of people who understand exactly what you’re going through. Plus through the power of social media, you can now follow, connect to and even become friends with other spouses around the world – no matter where you’re stationed.

But with such a large group, finding the best accounts to follow might seem a bit overwhelming. That’s where we come in. We recently asked our military spouse students and contacts which TikToks, Instagrams and podcasts they follow when they need inspiration, motivation, advice or a laugh – and drumroll, please – below are the results!

A military wife and mom, Bree describes herself as “sorta funny, kinda awk, mostly relatable.” With 166.9K followers and 7.7M likes on her TikTok account, you can find her sharing hair tutorials, videos of her son Lincoln and her personal experience as a military spouse.

Jillian’s TikTok is full of relatable videos about being a Marine military spouse and a doctorate student. You’ll find over 135K followers and videos like “Toxic Beliefs About Military Relationships” and “Do Military Dependants Also Serve”. Her Instagram is also a great place to find humorous original memes and an inside look at her life.
