Eligibility & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Completion of 400 hours of hands-on clinical experience in central services (central sterile department) within 6 months of passing the CRCST exam
- Students must secure their own clinical site (MedCerts does not guarantee placement)
- Clinical hours must be hands-on, in-person, under supervision – not just job shadowing
