Build A Skilled & Stable Workforce
MedCerts has collaborated with The University of Phoenix to make building registered apprenticeship programs easier than ever.
It’s now easier than ever for employers to build a skilled and stable workforce through the use of registered apprenticeship programs (RAPs).
As a healthcare employer, you know firsthand the challenges of attracting and retaining top talent in a competitive industry. RAPs can be a valuable solution to these challenges by providing structured, on-the-job training that leads to improved skills and better client outcomes. In addition, RAPs can help reduce turnover and decrease recruitment costs for healthcare employers
MedCerts has partnered with District 1199C to help healthcare employers build RAPs. MedCerts and District 1199C have the expertise and resources to help you implement a successful RAP in your organization. MedCerts will work with you to design and execute a program that meets your specific needs and goals, and they'll provide support and guidance throughout the process. MedCerts will also collaborate with other key stakeholders to ensure the success of the program.
Students who complete healthcare apprenticeships through this partnership with MedCerts are also eligible to receive transfer credits that would go towards a degree at The University of Phoenix.
