Program Participation Guidelines
- All MedCerts programs currently offered to our student population are included, with the exception of:
- RX3000: Pharmacy Technician Professional
- MedCerts programs are available for family members of all active and current team members in good standing, whether part-time or full-time
- Family members of team members who have received a final written warning that is less than 6 months old will be ineligible to enroll in programs
- Family members of contractors and temporary team members with MedCerts, Stride, or portfolio companies will be ineligible for program participation
- Team members must complete the above Program Enrollment form and receive prior approval from their direct leader before their family members begin a program
- The above Program Enrollment Form must be completed for each family member participating in programs
- Family members are limited to:
- Spouse or Domestic Partner
- Children and/or stepchildren at least 18 years old
- Direct leaders reserve the right to refuse program participation based on the following:
- Recent unsatisfactory performance, behavior, or conduct
Certification Costs
- Family members of MedCerts, Stride and Stride Portfolio team members who choose to attempt a certification exam must pay for the exam upfront
- Certification renewals are the responsibility of the family members of MedCerts, Stride and Stride Portfolio team members and reimbursement will not be offered for renewals
- Family members of MedCerts, Stride and Stride Portfolio team members will be solely responsible for any costs associated with certifications and renewals and will not be reimbursed for these costs
