We believe in the importance of lifelong learning! As a MedCerts, Stride or Stride portfolio team member, you have the opportunity to take MedCerts’ certification training programs FOR FREE with the exception of RX3000.

Program Participation Guidelines
- All MedCerts programs currently offered to our student population are included, with the exception of:
- RX3000: Pharmacy Technician Professional
- Programs are available for all active and current team members in good standing whether full-time or part-time.
- Team members who have received a final written warning that is 6 months old or less will be ineligible to enroll in programs.
- Contractors and temporary team members with MedCerts, Stride or portfolio companies will be ineligible for program participation.
- Team members must complete a Program Enrollment Web Form and receive prior approval from their direct leader before beginning a program.
- Direct leaders reserve the right to refuse program participation based on the following:
- Recent unsatisfactory performance, behavior, or conduct
Certification Costs
- MedCerts, Stride or Stride portfolio team members who choose to attempt a certification exam must pay for the exam upfront
- Only certifications successfully gained by team members will be reimbursed
- An expense report must be submitted to the accounting department at [email protected] along with proof of certification
- Certification renewals are the responsibility of the team member and reimbursement will not be offered for renewals
