Approved applicants will begin a 12-week training program, with training cost covered by Tennova Healthcare for a 2-year work commitment. Sponsored candidates will begin working as a full-time employee while completing Phlebotomist certification training. Upon successful completion of the program and certification, they begin working full-time as a Phlebotomist.
