Congratulations! You’ve joined the thousands of MedCert students who have decided that there is no better time to train for a new career in healthcare or IT. By enrolling in our innovative online learning programs, you are already on your way to a better career, faster.

MedCerts online career training uses our unique, proven approach: the 12 Elements of eLearning. This model combines 3D virtual scenarios, training simulations, and courses designed by industry experts. You can learn on your own time and at your own pace.

You won’t be working on your certification alone. Unlike other online training programs, MedCerts offers personalized support at every phase of the program. MedCerts student support services are here to make sure you get the most out of our education. Our education consultants help you pick the right program for your career goals. Student success advisors are standing by to answer your questions about your classwork. Finally, our career coaches are ready to help you leverage your training into a great new career.

Your Dedicated Education Consultant

Our educational consultants will work with you to get to know your skills, experience, goals, and preferences. Your educational consultant will walk you through our program offerings and help you select the one that best matches your aspirations. If you start on a certification and realize that it's not the right path, an educational consultant can help you switch to another one of our programs, so you get the most out of your training.

Program Support from a Student Success Advisor

Once you’ve started your certification program, you’ll have access to a student success advisor who can help you get the most out of your courses. Your success is their goal, and your advisor can answer questions about course materials and assignments. Most importantly, student success advisors will give you encouragement throughout the program.

Finding a Job With a Career Coach

When you’re ready to look for a new job, our career coaches are ready to help. The career center has comprehensive resources for finding job opportunities as well as resume preparation and interview prep services. You can talk to a live career counselor to get personalized help with your job search.

How Often Should You Meet With Your Academic Advisor?

There is no set schedule for meeting with your advisors. Student support teams are here when you need them, whether that's every day or once a month. You can schedule a call, chat by text or use the online resources available to get the support you need.

If you have a quick question, use the 24/7 chatbot to get answers when you need them. You can access webinars, videos, and job application materials online in the virtual career center. And of course, you can always talk to a live person. Your student success advisor and our careers counselors are available to help with your questions, big and small.

MedCerts’ programs are pioneering the way students learn and employers hire. Our students’ certification exam pass rate is 89% for Allied Health programs, which is 20% higher than the national average. The combination of online learning and person-to-person support will take you and your career plan to the next level.
