Tuition Reimbursement for Beebe Healthcare Employees
Beebe Healthcare supports your career growth by offering tuition reimbursement and pre-payment options for qualifying MedCerts programs.
Reimbursement Options:
- Full-Time Employees: Eligible for up to $5,250 annually.
- Part-Time Employees: Eligible for up to $3,000 annually.
- Pre-Payment Program: Employees earning less than $45,000 annually may qualify for upfront pre-payment of program costs. (If the program isn’t completed, repayment is required.)
Important Deadlines:
- December 15: Proof of completion must be submitted by this date to receive funds for the current calendar year. Requests submitted after this date will be reimbursed in the following year.

How to Apply for Tuition Reimbursement
The application process is simple and handled entirely online through the Workforce Edge system.
- Log in to the Workforce Edge system.
- Submit an eligibility request.
- Once approved, submit a funding request with receipts for the amount requested.
- After funding approval, submit proof of completion to receive reimbursement.
